WOD

#1. 20 minutes max of:

  • Work up to a heavy Power Clean

Rest and recover between #1 & #2 as needed

#2. 3 Rounds for time of:

  • 15 Hang Power Clean (M=95lbs-135lbs, F=65lbs-95lbs)
  • 15 Burpees

  • Spend time on a Strength Weakness or Focused Mobility or Skill Movement Improvement
